In 1996, USA800’s employees bought the company from its prior owner through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Since the ownership change, USA800 has experienced exponential growth in revenue and company value. As a customer advocate, you will primarily respond to inbound calls/chats/e-mails in the areas of sales, customer service, or technical support for our clients. We call our call center agents “Customer Advocates” because your role is to support and promote our partners’ brands to their customers.
